If you were going to get a mastectomy and implants, and you weren't going to go the traditional 'round and squeezable' route, what shape would your new chest take?
I think if I were going for implants, I'd try to get them in the shape of the faces of Paul Simon (Right) and Art Garfunkel (Left).
