Well, Pixie, as a woman you're far better placed than I to comment on the comfort. And as I suspect most woman know, most men don't think first about a woman's comfort when looking at their garb. I'm sure we should be more thoughtful about such things.
But, what I can say, is that despite a bulge being natural, it can still often be extremely uncomfortable, especially when it's the product of overly tight trousers. Often difficult to control, too.
