I was in my early twenties, recently married and living in New Zealand, I had begun to build a reputation that I could sell Ice creams to Eskimo's ! I got a a call from a Baptist Business man who had bought a mens hairdressing salon. In the back were boxes and boxes of Vibrators ! Arrived at a pub in the West Coast of the South island, It was a long bar, lots of drinks on the shelves, and three large boxes of Batteries on the top shelf. I asked what these were for ?

The women came in from cleaning the rooms of the hotel, got on the phone and called their friends locally. Soon there was 20 women in the bar and a happy publican who realised he could make a score ( a sale ) here. He said how much for three boxes. We negotiated a price and I left and went up the road another 100 Km to do other Business.
I rang the wife the next day and she said you know the man who bought the three boxes, well he needs some more ! what did you sell him ??? I said oh stuff and then went back and dropped off another four boxes of them.
When I got home after doing a 500 km round trip, he rang again and said how much more have you got ? I told him and he said that he would take the lot ! The Baptist Business man said it was a shame that he did not have any more stock !
