Topic Guys, what kind of perfume or shower gel is turning you on?
Posted 17 Jun 2013 08:27

There's a wonderful perfume but I don't know the name of it. I've been smelling it for about 40 years and come across it at periodic intervals so it must be still popular. I always smell it on some woman passing me on the street or on a bus or something and don't really want to run up to a total stranger (we're British you know) and say ''Wow what a great perfume you have on. What's it called?'' I could get arrested or something - especially dangerous if I was wearing a long macintosh. I suppose I could haunt perfume counters in stores and try them all out but I'm sure WellMadeMale wouldn't approve of that one and besides - it probably smells different without a body to enhance it. Heh! Heh! No I'll probaby die never knowing its name like some haunting tune that you recognise but don't know the name of to go and listen more regularly but it always move you. There must be some sort of universal law about these things.

Topic Chivalry?
Posted 16 Jun 2013 16:08

We seem to be saying that chivalry is some sort of act that allows for politeness etc related to the female sex. Surely if you are going to behave in a special way for someone you care for then that must cut both ways. If it only applies to behaviour regarding males behaviour to females then some sort of distinction is being made and that is where it becomes a sexist gesture in my opinion. My current partner is taller than me so she can reach for the higher article easier than I can. It would be over the top if I fetched a step ladder when she could just reach up and get it. I'm not saying have no consideration but the gender issue should be irrelevant. If we are saying that people are ruder generally speaking OK I would maybe agree with that with reservation as I find in many ways the current time makes a lot of allowances that previous times were intolerant and prejudicial about.

I absolutely adore women but feel that treating them like fragile creatures who can't open doors or move chairs is a form of a patronising insult. However politeness and consideration should be genderless and applied to all - I've held many a door open for a guy/girl walking close behind me. It's sort of embarrassing to write this as it all seems a bit obvious and even as I write I feel as if I'm being a bit twee and stating the obvious. (Philip Sidney the perfect Renaissance man during his famous bit of chivalry told them to give the water to a man after all even then).

Topic Vasectomy / The Snip - who's had it?
Posted 14 Jun 2013 06:30

I swelled up and could not walk about for about 3 days. For a long time afterwards I had a sort of burning sensation in my balls during sex but eventually it went away, (it wasn't necessarily a negative feeling just different). I have absolutely no regrets and would do it again. I feel the choice of who to be thus changed should be the man rather than the woman as it is a relatively minor operation.

Topic What do you do to stay fit?

The longest lived people statistically speaking come from a village in Italy and they believe in only light exercise. Most exercise freaks seem to die young like the guy who invented jogging. But I do jump on tables and chairs whilst playing a solo in Johnny B Goode and do the occasional duck walk too.

Topic Do girls like to talk dirty during sex?
Posted 14 Jun 2013 02:04

For sure! After yes of phone sex with a long distance relationship, I am a master at dirty talking and basically setting up a story or scene. I also like to talk dirty to myself with I am alone, just really adds to the experience. Sex can fulfill the sense of touch, sense of emotion, sense of taste, sense of smell, sense of sight, and with a little dirty talking can fulfill our sense of all around experience!

MMM totally agree with this.

Posted 13 Jun 2013 11:07

It's time you all grew up now and start to live together sensibly you've been around long enough and know the right way to behave even though you don't, (which I now realise is more or less the same advice the alien gave in The Day The Earth Stood Still.). :)

Topic 101 Best Written Shows many did you watch or enjoy?
Posted 13 Jun 2013 10:33

I thought this question was about which were the best written shows not necessarily which shows you personally liked which may or may not be the same thing. I have great admiration for a number of US writers Paul Simon in particular and you can see his influence in spin off shows like the Odd Couple. To have the skill and depth of feeling to illustrate humourously the problems of two conflicting personalities requires an impressive talent. Or Joseph Heller who's style in my opinion highly influenced Richard Hooker who wrote MASH whereby the ideals of the 60's are presented through the brilliant Grouch Marxesque one liners of Haweye Pierce ''Oh when the war is finished around here they'll take it on the road. '' - Where war is compared to a fabricated money making theatrical exercise. I therefore feel that such an issue requires more than a ''hit parade'' reaction and hope I have gone some little way in illustrating that.

As a parent I do sympathize with your worry but as your son is over 16 aren't all those sort of decisions up to him? When I was his age I was a member of the RAF and my parents had no control over my sporting activities, (even though most of my time was spent avoiding such physical exertion.) or health issues for example they couldn't stop me smoking.

Topic It’s OK in Texas to shoot a woman for refusing to have sex! You're within the law.
Posted 13 Jun 2013 09:31

I believe that there is a law in the Isle of Man that is yet to be repealed that says Scotsmen wearing a kilt can be shot on sight. However I don't think you'd get away with it, (yes of course I mean wearing the kilt). There is also another law and I think it's still active and in use where criminals can receive corporal punishment for certain crimes.

n.b for those who are unsure of where the Isle of Man is it is a small island between Ireland and England more or less on a level with Liverpool. It has semi independence from the U.K. and is famous for motor bike racing, fairy tales and cats with no tails. It is a lovely place covered in fir trees with really nice beaches and a sort of attractive Edwardian lady gone to seed atmosphere.

Topic Celibacy and ready to be sexed up again
Posted 13 Jun 2013 01:02

Usually it's the unexpected. When I am not looking for anyone or not feeling desperate that's when I meet somebody. My advice would be to relax about it and not focus on it just go with the flow and something will happen. As for which mode to practise I feel the same way about that - whatever presents itself. Of course you have to be in circulation but I mean not to concentrate so hard on it. There is no best place more like best situation - something like in a supermarket and you ask someone about their opinion on some daft product or something and that can lead elsewhere - but the point is the initial contact is genuine - a moment of mutual camaraderie if you like.

Topic Horror genre has been killed
Posted 12 Jun 2013 08:33

Most so called horror movies aren't really frightening just nauseating with graphic detail like watching some surgery in a documentary. I like some of the old gothic style ones but strictly for laughs with outrageous references like ''The Prince of Darkness.'' (good name for a band). Since the cold sweats of the lived through small hours of my divorce no piece of film can really frighten me ever again. I like spoof horror and can visualize a scene where the horrible thingy - werewolf or whatever is getting ever closer and the victim is in a car but instead of frantically failing to start the engine she can't get her seat belt fastened. :)

Topic Fucking my neighbor
Posted 10 Jun 2013 01:17

I couldn't help it. As much as I thought it might be a really bad idea, as several here told me, we ended up doing it yesterday. We've been walking together for weeks now and she invited me in for a cold drink when we circled back to her place. Her husband was out on the road again and after pouring me some juice she said she needed a quick shower and she'd be right back. I said ok and waited for her in the kitchen and when she came back all she had on was a bath towel. I was surprised but she acted like it was no big deal. Then she told me I was welcome to use her shower if I felt like one too. I said I was going to be going and she smiled at me and said come on, she's even be willing to help me if I wanted, and then she dropped her towel on the floor, standing there butt naked close enough for me to reach out and touch her.

Now I don't know how any man could resist a naked woman like that, but I certainly couldn't - and if that makes me an jerk because she's married, then that's what I am. Fact is that her husband has been cheating on her and she hadn't had sex for over a year, and let me tell you - that was pretty obvious when we got into it. I've never been with a woman as horny and sex-starved as her, she was so wet she was dripping before I plunged in, and I loved every minute of it. The only problem now, is we didn't use any protection as neither of us had anything. She said it would be fine, just not to come in her, which I didn't think would be a problem. Well, after keeping total control during two of her orgasms, she really lost it on the third one and I ended up losing it too and ejaculated deep inside her. She was pissed at me afterwards when she realized what happened, and then she told me she wasn't on the pill and that this was the worst time for that to happen. Now I'm worried I may have gotten her pregnant and I don't have a clue on how to handle that.

Isn't there such a thing as the morning after pill? As for your question about the morality of it all don't be silly you've given us several highly detailed incidents to date and obviously have the morals of an alley cat and the best of luck to you.

Topic Who played the best James Bond?
Posted 08 Jun 2013 13:19

I suppose Sean Connery is the best but I don't like the Bond formula writing and the stretching of believability (even allowing for the far fetched stories) for example Oddjob killing the guy to get the gold back but crushing the car so the gold had to be separated from the crushed car when all he had to do was take the gold out of the boot (trunk) and put it in the other car which he drove away with the crushed one. I prefer the stuff John Le Carr comes out with - realistic and amoral intelligence novels. Mind having stopped watching them a long time ago my judgement doesn't really include the new Bonds like Timothy Dalton. :)

Topic perfect amount of pussy hair
Posted 08 Jun 2013 08:37

really? sounds like deeper issues. This socalled trend has been going for 10 15 yrs ,pretty long trend. Oh come on seems someone wants to make others out to be sick in some way. Its just cleaner and sexier. It has nothing to do with age. So if you are with a 60 yr old gorgeous woman that felt prettier and cleaner shaved or with a sexy little

strip you would feel like a pedophile to make love to her. wow

It matters little how long the trend has been going on. The fact is, that by stating trend you're admitting it is a trend or fashion. The question I posed was that a lot of people in my opinion will favour the shaved look more from a trendy point of view rather than the stated aesthetic one. I don't find the issue all that important and am quite amused by your pseudo psycho ''deeper issues'' implication whatever the inference is. As for the ''sexy little strip'' my current girl friend does sport one so presumably I have the best of both worlds.

Topic Females with accents?
Posted 08 Jun 2013 04:06

I suppose this depends on what your personal accent or mode of pronounciation is as everybody has an accent even people from the U.S.A. The accent of my home area I've been told appeals to US citizens however if they heard it in its dialect form they would only be able to communicate with body language as even the rest of the UK finds it difficult. ''Y'aal reet hinny - fancy gannin oot t'neet it's wor Jacky's treat we'll have roast tatties and yam made soup?''

Topic is age really nothing but a number?
Posted 08 Jun 2013 02:32

I'm very attracted to older men (generally late 20s to early 50s), but I personally wouldn't be able to date someone older than 35, I don't think. Not unless there was amazing chemistry between us, anyway. As for younger guys...18 (and therefore not jail bait) is definitely the youngest I'd go for, and he'd have to both act and look mature. I wouldn't be interested otherwise.

Other people can date whoever they want, though. As long as the relationship is consensual and both parties are of legal age, I don't think there's a problem. I mean, age so rarely determines one's level of maturity, and to me that's what matters most. I know people who are pushing 40 who still act like they're in high school, so obviously I don't put much weight in the so-called correlation between age and maturity.

I know everything is relative but your definition of an older man which includes someone in their 20's made me smile but please don't be annoyed it's not a sneering smile. :)
