Maybe it's a generation thing but I am never comfortable with the word shit used in a positive sense - must be the image it conjures up as I don't really care about any other earthy expressions and am as I say not unhappy with it as a negative expression - but if I was accidentally standing on someones item of clothing and they said ''you're standing on my shit man'' I'd be totally confused wondering if I'd stumbled across someone with strange habits.

Looking at the picture I would say the young guy on the left does look sort of ridiculous to my eye so I would say briefs But there's no accounting for taste really.

I think it looks as though you need a bath or have just rolled out of bed with a hangover (that must be pretty rugged). I suppose the idea is that opposites attract and as most girls can't grow facial hair it may intrigue them. By the way I posed this question in a thread yesterday.
Topic Rockin' Covers! Cover songs of course.

I didn't realise that most of The Animals songs were cover versions until quite recently...
Love this one, gives me goosebumps every single time...
As a note of interest here the bass player out of this band Chas Chandler is the man who promoted and funded Jim Hendrix and launched his career. I believe his first live gig after his first hit with Hey Joe was The Black Cat club in South Shields in the North East of England.
Topic Why so few for the guys?

Most of the questions I've posed (admittedly with tongue firmly in cheek), have been in replies to other questions such as trying to lighten up the never ending pubic hair debate by asking if after all these stated preferences about shaved pubic hair women like half shaven faces on men (which is a current trend) grazing their tender and recently shaved nether regions. Unfortunately nobody replied it must have been one of the less simple questions about men. I totally agree with the yawn factor about sexual questions like pubic hair, breast size, cock size and the one about swallowing cum etc. In fact I often wonder why they keep resurfacing (no pun intended) as I'm sure we all have the general idea now that women and men have different bodies. To digress slightly and boast I was just grabbed by 2 young women and dragged into the health food shop. They made me hold a device a little like a Sony Play Station, weighed me (60 kilos), measured my height (1.7 metres,) and then told me I was perfect, didn't look my age (but still didn't try to sell me anything) and asked that if I had any obese friends to please recommend they come and get tested for .. and then they used some modern acronym which I've forgotten along with all the other ones.

I'd be impressed if he'd won the Frisbee Golf World Championships.
Wasn't golf invented over there somewhere on that island? By Brits, or Scots or Irelanders or ...no wait, it was the Germans, right?
Scots (but you knew that) and its plural by the way. Though the English did invent football (sorry soccer) and rounders the girls game (sorry baseball). :)

Eli Wallach as the bandit leader Alvera in The Magnificent Seven whilst discussing feeding his men for the winter with Yul Bryner who is Chris of the seven gunfighters ''Somehow I don't think you are solving my problem.''
Yul Brner, ''Solving your problems isn't our line.''
Same (ground breaking) movie
Yul Bryner ''Why did they hide the women.''
Horst Bucholz ''They thought we would rape them.''
Yul Brner ''Well we might, but they could have give us the benefit of the doubt.''
I must be getting old but I haven't seen dialogue of this quality for years. The most recent one was The Big Lebowski.
Topic What do you want from having sex?
08 Jul 2013 00:55
I don't find this an easy question to answer. Fun seems a rather mild word to use regarding sex throwing a frisbee around is maybe fun. But sex oh it's a whole world of intensity desires feelings all rolled into one. When you think about it in a cold practical way it can appear a little ridiculous definitely not dignified to do or look at. An urgent feeling that seems to be circulating in the blood in a way it's sort of drug like. I suppose its the feeling - and prolonging that in your partner and yourself for as long as possible and then the emotional release and pleasure that someone can give you heightens how you feel about them that is their making you feel so good is part of how you feel about them.

Topic Voting Rights Act
06 Jul 2013 10:29
Am I being naive here again but voting is carried out in the UK by something called the Electoral Role? We each receive notification through the post as as to where and when to vote each person gets only 1 letter and once at the polling station their name is already there to be noted and ticked off once they quote their name (they don't even need the letter with them) so it would be impossible to vote more than once unless they had several names and addresses. Also politicians (the seedy little devils) aren't allowed near the ballot boxes except as a voter. Surely if the fumbling British can come up with a fairly foolproof system then the richest and most free nation in the world can too? Or am I just misunderstanding the US procedure?
