This Penny lady sounds like a typical privileged SWERF. Precisely why I currently have her blocked.

Well it looks like Agent Orange signed FOSTA/SESTA into law. Sites such as our beloved Lush are in danger.

The States are responsible for regulating prostitution, not the Federal government.

The immunity granted to the providers by the Federal government through the Telecommunications Act of 1996 is being exploited for sex trafficing, and FOSTA/SESTA is a plausible Federal response in that it revokes that immunity. I can see how that will increase the costs of the carriers which will be passed along to the consumer. Only those web sites that are funded exclusivly by sex ads will be severly impacted, and they're likely among those that carry the sex trafficing ads.

What practical approaches are available to the Federal government other than revoking the immunity granted in Section 230?

Quit with this "the states are responsible" bullshit. That is a lame excuse. In that case, the States would be responsible for regulating marijuana use. It is only legalized in a few states, but you can't take a bag of marijuana from Colorado to Alabama . If marijuana was federally decriminalized, we can smoke it anywhere and grow it freely without government interference, state or federal. For now, marijuana is still illegal on a federal level.

You really don't get it. Websites exclusively funded by sex ads? No. Civilians will be affected too, not just sex workers. In case you didn't know, sugar daddy/sugar baby websites is sex work. Sugar daddy sites will be affected. Dating sites will be affected. Even webcam sites that are completely legal will be affected. My Free Cams just updated their TOS saying customers and models cannot discuss meeting for tokens although other cam websites already have that rule.

DECRIMINALIZE SEX WORK. That's the practical approach. Don't ask me again. You will get the same answer.

I'm not saying the President should sign the bill into law. I'm asking what practical approaches are available to the Federal government other than removing the immunity in Section 230? Making the providers liable for the content they publish seems to be one way to reduce the attractivness of the revenue they get from the ads.

Decriminalize sex work. That is the best way. When alcohol was decriminalized, now, who gets arrested? Not the ones advertising alcohol or drinking it, but the drunk drivers. Prohibition only drove alcohol sellers and buyers underground into the black market. It didn't stop sales or consumption. You think prostitution is going to disappear because of internet censorship by the Feds? No, it's not. And human trafficking isn't going to stop either. Decriminalization won't completely stop it, but will have traffickers and victims coming out of hiding.

Since the FOSTA-SESTA bill hasn't been signed by the President, it is not yet law and couldn't have been the legal basis for the FBI's actions.

Many people are opposed to online sex trafficking, and it seems to me to be an activity that should be suppressed. What other approaches would be practical?

I am greatly opposed to sex trafficking, but shutting down sites won't stop it. When those being trafficked try to come forward, they are arrested, not helped. The best thing to do would be to decriminalize sex work altogether. Sex workers are more likely to report child trafficking than any civilians. I follow many sex workers on Twitter and they were the ones reporting and getting accounts containing child pornography shut down.

If the government truly cared about the children of this country, there would be better schools, better environments for them to be raised in, and a much better foster care system. So many children die at the hands of abusers despite multiple alerts to Child Protective Services. These stupid bills that are passed through Congress are nothing but ploys to get approval ratings up being that this is an election year.

Just got news that Backpage is shut down. The owner's home was raided by the FBI. I truly feel for sex workers who depended on BP for survival. Not all workers have the resources to create websites. A lot of free hosting sites are USA based and due to FOSTA/SESTA, they probably will no longer be sex worker friendly. Offshore hosting is costly. I can guarantee that the prices will go up since so many sex workers I follow on social media are migrating their websites to offshore hosting.

FOSTA/SESTA was a bipartisan agreement. Neither Republicans or Democrats stand with sex workers. Neither of them will get my vote in the future since they basically signed a death warrant for sex workers and trafficking victims.

Perhaps you need to use some glasses and work on your vision function. I capitalized what needed to be capitalized.

I don't know if people have been keeping up with the news lately, but FOSTA/SESTA has passed in both the House and Senate and could go into effect in as little as 90 days, probably without the President's signature. It basically makes no real differentiation between sex trafficking and consensual sex work and makes advertising prostitution a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, a heavy fine, or both. Sites such as Backpage claimed immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. FOSTA/SESTA rids such sites of this immunity. Now I am all for stopping sex trafficking victims being forced into the industry against their will, but I am NOT for consenting adult providers of legal age being penalized for simply trying to survive! Online advertising platforms have kept sex workers off the streets and able to safely screen their clientele. Sex workers will DIE under this law, especially ones who aren't as privileged as those on top. Trafficking will be driven further into the dark web making it difficult for law enforcement to trace and rescue them as well as capturing the perpetrators.

Clients who happily screen and pay for services will be in danger too as they will have limited to no access to their favorite providers. They will probably be fined and jailed for even engaging in conversation with said provider, not even meeting her yet. Reddit has shut down certain sections of their site where providers and clients engage in conversation. Craigslist shut down their personals section. Google is terminating email and Drive accounts of adult providers. Microsoft updated their TOS to where people cannot use services such as Skype for "nudity, pornography, offensive/obscene language". This hurts independent cam girls who use Skype to make their money instead of signing up on cam sites where they are hustling for mere pennies. Some fans/clients do not want to sign up on cam sites in order to maintain discretion. But let's say it's just a conversation between you and your significant other. Neither of you can get naked or exchange sexy conversation or risk having your accounts terminated.

Even this very website itself may be in danger under FOSTA/SESTA. We all love exchanging sexy photos and having consensual adult conversation here, but if this bill becomes law, this site and its patrons may be in danger of being fined and/or jailed because the government may see it as enabling sex trafficking and advertising for prostitution. This bill will not only affect those in the USA. It is going to be devastating on a global scale. If you can, I encourage everyone to use a VPN. The Opera browser has a free VPN service on it although it isn't the greatest. Paid VPNs are better, but having a VPN nonetheless will keep you safe.

Let's not forget that Net Neutrality has been repealed. I am sure the government is well on its way to having ISPs make their customers pay a premium to access adult content. This battle isn't over though. We will keep fighting! As an independent adult provider myself, I will not stand for this! I hope this website is running on a foreign server where it does not have to abide by US laws, but if not, to the admins and webmasters, please consider moving Lush to offshore hosting!

Topic Why do nipples get erect/hard when sexually aroused?
Posted 20 Nov 2009 16:20

I didn't realize I could orgasm from having my nipples sucked on until my boyfriend did it. They'd be intense orgasms too where I'd wrap my arm around his head and mash him against my chest screaming.

I find it so hot when my boyfriend does laundry. I also find it sexy when he gets dressed.
Thunderstorms along with some good slow music is sexy to me.
Laundry fresh out of the dryer...I love the warmth!
There is this liquid detergent by Tide that I can no longer find: water lily and jasmine. I love the scent!

Topic Older OR YOUNGER

I've been with older men who are in their 2nd childhood and extremely immature. But the man I am with now...he's 14 years my senior. Very skilled in bed, mature, and sophisticated. He's found hot spots on my body that I didn't even know I had. Plus, I've gotten so comfortable with him to the point where whenever he seduces me, he has complete control over my mind and body.
