Topic Oh dear... politician fried on air

No. I've heard more cringe-worthy ones with Tea Party Republicans in the US.

That kind of stupid beats her kind of stupid handily in the cringe department.

OTOH, I'm glad she's a Brit. You are quite welcome to keep her.

Kiera,

Agreement on this disagreeable attempt to agree is necessary. Ongoing disagreement will only lead to an inevitable attempt to agree disagreeably on the agreed disagreement.

Big Hugs Hi, Kiera.

No no no. This conversation is getting too agreeable. We need to agree that we must be disagreeable so we can disagree about what we agree on. Agreed?

I disagree with your disagreement. Take that!

But think of the children! If they get interesting in sensual, beautiful naked pictures they might stop watching videos about violence and guns and hurting people and that would ruin our lovely world!

I actually like your version better, Chrissie. IT would be a lot more fun with more of that kind of DNS.

D omain N ame S ystem, without which we would never go anywhere in teh Intarwebs. It's like the address book for domain names so your computer can actually find the computer that runs www.lushstories.com.

So nice to be reading about this stuff rather than doing it. Hope it's going better than a server migration I did last week (which went well at first but ...).

Topic Polls

Polls can be fun. Polls can also be irritating. I tend to respond if I feel I have something to say, much like any other thread.

Topic Time for a new Monitor:-(
Posted 20 Feb 2015 11:21

You can get fairly good 22-23" monitors for a fairly reasonable price these days so no reason to stick with a bad one unless you're really in dire straits financially. We use Acers which are good, reliable, reasonably priced workhorses but there are better ones (Samsung used to build a pretty good monitor though I haven't sampled their recent products) if you've got more cash to spend.

Topic What's the weather like where you are?
Posted 20 Feb 2015 08:49

Sunny but -20C with the wind chill making it feel like -27. Forecast high is -15 but I'm starting to doubt we'll even get that high. This week has been brutally cold around here.

Topic Girls Aloud - The sexiest???

I thought they'd made it in the US too. Obviously not lol

Not sure about the US but in Canada they seem to known but not hugely popular. I know them mainly through pinups of various members, esp. Cheryl Cole.

Topic Pregnant?
Posted 16 Feb 2015 10:31

Middling. I find a pregnant body quite sexy (my wife's boobs blew up like balloons which was a interesting change from her usual) but the experience wasn't there, partly because medical reasons kept us from getting too wild with it.

Topic Guys/Girls, what do you find most appealing/turn on?
Posted 15 Feb 2015 19:11

Skirts for me. Preferably short and not too tight. Like bare legs, but nice pantyhose or stockings work, too.

Topic What is your list of greatest movie westerns of all time?
Posted 15 Feb 2015 19:01

I'm not a huge Western fan, really, but have a soft spot for Eastwood's early spaghetti Westerns (Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly) as well as Unforgiven. Really, I'm probably more of an Eastwood fan than a Western fan.

Topic Will you watch fifty shades of grey?
Posted 15 Feb 2015 18:45

Probably not but you never know. Definitely a "wait for video" movie though. Not one I'd bother seeing in the theatre.

Topic Kingsman: The Secret Service
Posted 15 Feb 2015 18:42

71% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes so sounds like the critics actually like it. Surprised they didn't save it for a summer release (though this is a pretty full year movie-wise).

Topic Do you insist that a vote on your story be commented upon.
Posted 15 Feb 2015 12:43

I understand that forcing comments will cost me scores, but I feel that's a price worth paying for avoiding anonymously awarded 1s, 2s and 3s.

Fair enough but those 1,2,3's are pretty rare nowadays I'm finding. My recent stories are all a mix of 4s and 5s.

I wouldn't not score a story just because a comment was required because I normally comment on anything I bother to score anyway.

Topic Kingsman: The Secret Service
Posted 15 Feb 2015 12:25

Was wondering about it. We seem to have a glut of new superspy flicks this year. Kingsman, The Man from UNCLE (trailer just out, film coming in August) and a new Bond this Fall.

Topic What's the most forbidden sexual relationship you've ever had?
Posted 15 Feb 2015 08:32

Escorts is as forbidden as I've gone. Under current law in Canada, that is now technically illegal (for the buyer, not the escort).

Topic Pancake Day
Posted 14 Feb 2015 12:40

bloooooooooooooooooooooooberries!

Amen! Sing it!

A big stack of hot fluffy buttermilk pancakes with lots of butter on them, smothered in real maple syrup and served with sausages also covered in maple syrup. Accompanied by hot strong black coffee.

Sounds good to me, save I'd sub a black tea like Orange Pekoe or English Breakfast for the coffee since I don't drink the stuff.

Topic How did you learn about sex.
Posted 14 Feb 2015 12:38

My parents tossed us a sex ed book. That gave a bit of theory. Main sexual education came later, reading through the stack of Playboys in the basement of the family I babysat for (right out there in the open, in fact) and sex scenes in novels I was reading. Practical sex ed, beyond masturbation, waited until grad school.

Topic How do I seduce my physiology lecturer?
Posted 14 Feb 2015 11:00

The age thing isn't necessarily an issue and you've already said he is not your professor so the one that catches my eye is the "married" part. You need to be sure about that one going in. Thinking he is married is not enough, you have to know. Doesn't mean it makes him a "no go" item, but unless it's an open marriage it is a risk and one you need to be aware/mindful of. So I went with "Depends".

If you do "go for it", then take Dani's advice. Both the questions she asks you to consider and the suggested approach make a lot of sense to me.

Topic Pancake Day
Posted 13 Feb 2015 12:41

The classic Canadian way to serve is a pile of 'em smothered in maple syrup - real stuff not flavoured corn syrup. Used to make homemade pancakes for breakfast every Sunday and douse them with syrup from my neighbour's sugar bush. Alas, now that I'm watching my blood sugar, that's largely off limits save for the odd treat.

Not yet. It's something my wife would like so waiting to watch it with her once it comes up on video or Netflix or something.

Topic Who is your favorite Avenger?
Posted 13 Feb 2015 10:42

Spiderman is third.

And it now appears will be an Avenger on screen. The only question is which Spiderman? They are going to reboot (again angry7 ) but speculation is mounting they may go with Miles Morales from the Ultimate universe rather than Peter Parker this time.

Drink, Date, then Fuck. Preferably in the car on the way home from the date. There is a proper order to these things.
