Miss Keller

Tags: love, longing,
How can you just sit there,
With your eyes so deep and beautiful?
Lost in your thoughts,
But seeing only me.
Your subtle frame so adoring,
The other pleasures that you bring.
You are only now half naked,
But your spirits flying free.

You came into my soul,
When it was so dark and heavy.
You took away the rocks
And opened me to light.
You dissolved all of the guilt,
My emotions all were spilled
Your beauty and your elegance
Made everything seem right.

Somehow we became lovers
And your gym became redundant,
We sat there wetting fingers,
Our lips were black and blue.
Your body firm inviting,
Your lips moist and exciting.
In a world that's full of liars.
The only truth is you.

You made me see the world
For all its joy and beauty
Your outlook one of innocence,
Though your past was hurt and pain.
Words seem to be redundant,
Since we started up this moment.
Let us now start looking forward
And both find love again.

And let us now head to the sun,
The past, so black behind us.
We will spend all of our days,
In a nirvana from above.
No longer we'll feel the pain,
Life will never be the same,
Just two souls together
In a perpetual state of love.

And maybe one day we will look back
On the forty years of looking.
We will laugh out loud together
That it took so long to see.
That the world was just there joking,
We really were not choking.
The best things in life are worth waiting for,
The best is you and me.
