More and Less

Thinking about your words, more or less
Your words are so much more than just mere words,
They leave me wanting more,
You make me ask questions
To find out more
About the woman who is more
Than just a friend.

If I say much more,
Will it leave you wanting more?
Or will it be more of what I fear,
Silence, because more
Was simply too much.

The more I learn about you,
The more I realize that I know
Very little about you,
And yet what I do know
Is more than I know about
Anyone else.

More or less,
I know I want more,
You make me desire more,
More of myself and
More of you.
More of us,
And finding out what us
Is made of,
More or less.

The more you give me,
I find you leave me with less.

A choice.
More or less?

Why can't it be both more and less?

I'll be quiet now, and say less.
I'll be quiet now, and listen more.
I'll be quiet now.

The less I try to analyze it,
The better.
I'll just accept it.

More or less.
