I watch as the sun sinks beneath the horizon. Wondering what night fall will bring.

Lightning flashes in the distance as the rumble of thunder reaches my ears.

I take in a deep breath catching the faint scent of rain coming closer.

The low melody of the bamboo wind chime awakening me from a trance.

Wind whipping my hair around as the storm moves closer.

A soft smile finally shining through as the first drops of rain hit the top of my head.

The lightning comes near and the thunder shakes my core.

Warmth of the night air embraces me as a true lover should.

Drop after drop falls from the the sky washing the sorrow away.

I begin to weep, sob even, my tears joining the rain drops pouring down my face.

Stretching my arms wide I begin to twirl, throwing my head back.

Lightning crashes all around me. I want to run but something, someone is holding me here.

I collaspe on my back, staring up at the light show in the sky.

With each clap of lightning I sob more.

I dig my nails into the earth at my sides, clenching not wanting to let go.

I lay in a daze as the storm passes over me, clumps of earth still clenched in my hands.

I pound my fists into the dirt as I sit up.

Yet again Nature seduced me. Knowing my desires and sharing with me its own.

I will now crave Nature, for that I am sure.
