Paths II

Tags: love, life
Dancing on her path,
Dizzy from her winding pace,
She crashed right into him,
Falling in to his warm strength.

He took her by the hand,
They let their paths converge.
The steady liked the rocky and the rocky liked the steady,
That is how the separate paths were merged.

They had to cross some rivers,
And almost lost their way,
Through the darkest nights,
When tears fell like the rain.

But the steady path held on,
Never lost her in his sight.
As she wandered, looking somewhat lost,
He held on to her so tight.

He led her from the rocks,
So she wouldn't fall,
But he knew that she was twisted,
And sometimes she'd have to crawl.

Through it all, he's there.
He gives her space to do her twists,
Yet surrounds her in his warmth,
And loves her bumps and pits.

Maybe they both were lost.
Looking for the place where the twist meets the straight.
Where the solace meets the chaos.
Where two paths met their fate.
