Hip Hip Hooray
Three cheers for the squid that taught me to dance,
To dance with bear and butterflies, but most of all to dance with her.
And in her precious arms, she held me tight
Safe from the past,
Secure for today,
Free for my future.
My body melded with hers,
Our interlocution made strong
Through her presence, becoming as one
But, If you could see her eyes, the way they sparkle,
As she sees her love after six months of hungering.
Into my arms she runs,
Her radiant smile disarming my fears
Her fingers charming my body,
Her touch, electric.
Bodies grinding,
She reached out, holding my all, within her grasp
Pulling me forwards, tugging and demanding my desire.
My seed urgently crying out to flow….. She lets me go, deflated,
My eyes enquire and she whispers,
“Not now, not this way, please give me time”
Our eyes become the vehicle which joins our souls,
And in my pangs of desperate hunger…. I see her deepest need
And I know that now is not for ever and our foundation, has been confirmed
