The sharp,
Of your incoming breath?

The flat,
Of your hands
Striking beside you?

The staccato,
Of your own undulations?

The whistle of your hair
Whipping round your face?

Have you ever heard this opera
Sung
With a voice that is

The heavy bass percussion

Basking in the silence
