when i get ready to submit story and hit continue the rules and regulations show up along with a note that tags are to be separated by a comma. Everything is in order when i get ready to submit. I hit continue and that box comes up. I have even changed browsers thinking that was it. This just started yesterday. Please help

I was getting ready to send one and it said I had reached my limit for the day. I checked and could not find this information. How many private messages do you get with Silver membership?
