Depends on the guy and his overall demeanor. If I can just see he's there to creep and get a cheap thrill, then I just roll my eyes and go on about my business. But if he's cute and fun, then I might wanna get in his trunks ;)
I would go down to the sea and fill my little bucket that I took to make sand castles with, fill it with water and pour it over his trunks !! that should quieten things down !!
I'd give you something to look at. :-p I love to tease.
