I've spent the last 30 years dealing with progressive MS, the last 18 years confined to bed. The biggest challenge with being bedbound is finding an enjoyable, meaningful way to pass the time. My user name, 405ttw, stands for the last duty assignment in my U.S. Air Force career, the 405th Tactical Training Wing. From the 1970s until its deactivation on 1 October 1991, the 405TTW trained all the F-15 pilots in the USAF. I use 405ttw to honor the wing and keep its memory alive.
