Is there an available API for Lush Stories writers?

Basically, I post my stories in multiple locations. I would like to pool all of my stats into one location (File on my PC). Is there an API for the site where I can access my stats?

It seems if I ever post a new story to my blog before noon, it doesn't gain any traction. If I post later in the day, people tend to read it more. What are your experiences? When do you like to read erotica? Do you only read erotica on Lush, or do you go to other resources?

Yes, I see that now under Profile. I hadn't scrolled down far enough until today.

Seems odd to have it there, and not also under My Stories. Oh well, at least I can find it now.

I would like to see the My Stories page redesigned.

As a writer, I want to see what stories are doing well, and which are not performing well. Other than a few comments per story, it is the only feedback that we receive. It would be nice to have all the stats on one page.

Views
Score
How many times reviewed
Link to the comments of the story.

That enables me to log in and see everything on one page instead of trying to track down the information on each story.

I still don't understand why the number or people that scored the story would be highlighted in red, instead of the views or actual score. I would think those would be more relevant.

I would agree, which is why I try as hard as possible not to fall into that same cliche with my own writing, even with short stories. I try to come up with realistic situations that the reader can find themselves in. None of my characters have ever been wealthy or had the means to travel around the world. It has been used so many times in so many books that anyone who writes within that same framework is just lazy, in my opinion.

I actually find it to be quite flattering when readers think I am female. I consider it to be a compliment.

As a male writer, I've worked hard to find my voice from the female POV. I find that both men and women have different moods and desires. Sometimes we are in the mood for a quick romp, while other times we want to be cuddled and caressed. I write a variety of stories to reflect those desires. Sometimes my stories lean toward porn, while other times they lean toward romance.

I agree with Haineko, the story is the most important, not the gender of the writer.
