My name is Charles D'Orleans, I'm a 36 year old, I live at sea and live a lifestyle that makes others think I'm either... crazy and that it is entirely made up, or people envy me.

InterestsSailing, Reading, Photography (Often of myself because I am a vain insecure moron), Drawing- though I am no artist, but most of all... when I'm not breaking my back in the heat, I like to sit with a nice strong drink at the end of the day and listen to stories. Any story, as long as it holds my vivid imagination... Good old fashioned entertainment is something I appreciate above everything else. (Perhaps apart from Women.)
Favorite BooksAgain, anything that holds my imagination and makes me NEED to turn the page... Though I am not into Sci fi things.
Favorite AuthorsNo spesifics, though I love T.S Eliot, and a couple of WWI poets.
Favorite MoviesGirl-Interrupted, Pirates of the Caribbean(s), The Lion King (Sorry but I watch it over and over, I know it's odd...), Rush Hour, Safe, Atonement, Damn there's many.
As you can see, I like really random stuff. Oh and most things directed by Tim Burton. I find his stuff is full of different layers that I used to completely miss.
Favorite MusicAnything where the Lyrics MEAN something to me, or that I can dance to. Like with an accordian and/violin.
