I meditate almost daily, sometimes just simple breathing with a quiet mind, listening to what the universe brings to my thoughts. Sometimes if I am just quiet and listening, I find solutions or comfort. Meditation comes in many forms, but mostly, just breathing and being quiet is the best place to start.
