artfulness is a preference for the habitual voyeur of what is known as parklife...

Frankenking13 - I'm calling number 4 your lie :P

Mine:

1. I had my first real kiss with a guy during a game of truth or dare when I was 17.
2. I didn't have my first true orgasm from someone else until I was 21.
3. My feet are one of my top sensual zones.
4. I've never broken a bone in my body.

I think number 4 is your lie.

1. I have been arrested for drug possession.
2. I have a guitar pick used by Ronnie Wood.
3. I have been on tv 3 times.
4. I make lamingtons at work.

Michael Hutchence, Amy Winehouse, John Lennon and Michael Jackson

I am on board with bringing Michael Hutchence back.

While I like all of the above bands, my personal favourite would have to be The Smiths, followed closely by Joy Division/Warsaw, although my favourite song at the moment is 'I am the resurrection' by The Stone Roses.

Forgot Assasination of Jesse James, Chelsea Girls and Animal Kingdom, great movies.

Now they are saying it's "super not mandatory". I'm just contrary, tell me I must dress up in formal wear at a show and I get rebellious. People should absolutely wear whatever they like, formal or not.

Haha I agree, just a bit of fun though, I will eb seeing them in January very excited.

Yep. I tend to listen to a lot of postpunk/alt/indie type music, but I love artists from all genres. When people say "everything except rap and country" I hear "I only like music by middle class white people" but maybe they just haven't heard the good stuff? It's not usually played on Top 40 radio after all.

I'm finding Arcade Fire a little preposterous lately, requiring people to wear formal attire to their shows?! Get over yourselves.

Arcade is just making fun with the formal attire, great band, one of the best around now.

So is the Final Cut. I see a pattern developing here!

The only Pink Floyd album I can listen to is Piper at the Gates of Dawn, and that is one of my favourite albums ever, Syd Barrett was amazing.

Nico? Yes.

The Velvet Underground is my favourite band of all time, and Nico is amazing especially Marble Index and Desertshore, haunting albums.

Not anymore, I stole it and ran out.

I would be so devastated if someone was to actually steal it, now that I think about it lol

Just got back from a Neutral Milk Hotel show, so I am doing the only logical thing and listening to more Neutral Milk. Engine is the song I am listening to right now.

I seem to love lots of music that would be considered depressing

Jeff Buckley, Elliot Smith, Billie Holiday, The Smiths, Joy Division, Neutral Milk Hotel...and Johnny Cash's version of Hurt always makes me want to weep.

I like all of those too, although The Smiths do have a very humorous side too, and I am seeing Neutral Milk Hotel on the 14th so excited.

Obviously this question will mean different things to different people, so what is everyone's favourite depressing album?

Mine would be Joy Division- Closer
