Got a few stories/concepts been cookin’ in the crockpot.
I enjoy writing from various perspectives where the narration often arrives from one individual and the color of the theme is mostly painted by their personality. It’s not always easy to structure plurality that way and therefore I mostly choose concepts that are notably taboo or “irregular”; where a tension pretty much exists by default that a reader can objectively identify with. For certain I’m entertaining the subconscious but there’s no reason that can’t be consumed in a relatively light-hearted fashion.
I want to challenge the reader, conceptually. But not at the expense of your accessible pleasure. So that’s the tricky part.
Most of what I go after doesn’t get finished. But I’ve got some standouts that are pretty much qued up. I believe the first will involve a somewhat emotionally vacant couple who’ve hired a babysitter on account of a newborn baby they’ve got no idea how to deal with: Babysitter - and a Husband Something Less Than Heroic. That’s first simply because it’s the most recent and I feel like the flow is pretty good and not too demanding. [Correction, I’ve temporarily bailed on that near completion and caught fire on something else: COVID - CURING QUARANTINE, all 3 parts of which should be posted within the month of May]
I’m rusty. I used to do a fair amount of this kinda work but it’s been a while. Could really use some honest feedback to help me out where that’s concerned. General affirmation is always appreciated but I’m far more interested in what’s working or isn’t (and why). My highest valued target are my characters (quite honestly) but I can only serve them well if they’re being heard properly, so please do notify me how your own ear feels about that. We thank you ; )
I can likely be persuaded to arrange some upcoming releases based on reader preference (conceptually).
TORN - recently married wife finds out her husband’s son has quite a handful, waving it about the house so unapologetically on a summer free from college. This one’s got real potential. But I’m not sure I’m getting it right grammatically (I’m not sure the prose is matching the personality and concerns I’m wanting to convey).
U2 - futuristic (in a very limited capacity) take on where the MeToo movement may end up landing us. Mother, Daughter, Collars, and Cocks. This one could get me in a whole heap of trouble. So that’s always compulsory for me to say it dangerously.
UNTITLED - I might like to pen a Freaky Friday ripoff where the Mother and Daughter swap. That could be a real blast and possibly allow for more leniency when it comes to age concerns (where I wish we could be a little more reasonably pervy while not at all nor predatory).
CRITICAL THINKING - a diffident woman with a painful past discovers the joys her influence might provide a young (and hung) introvert, while wandering abroad. If only that were, less improper.
ABSENT MINDED - MILF just can’t quite escape her son’s best friend while “trapped” with him accidentally (away from the family) at a fantastic resort for a few days. Oopsies occur.
TOPLESS - she hadn’t known she’d be into the Hotwife thing at all (nor had he) until he talked her into dropping her top on the beach in St Tropez. Big mistake, brah.
DADDY DEW - similar to the above except for the father part, eh. Who knew that he could become involved? None of them would.
There are several others that are more to the center I might toss in from time to time. Assuming I stick with things here.

I am currently re-watching this start to finish and if all goes well I'll be dead by the end. (Like they were. You knew that, right? They were dead all along. Shared experience, dead on a plane; "Time" might manufacture several unresolved thoughts you're not used to within that tiny expanse of it. While you're dying. And Resolving. With whatever shared neurons might be around before you collectively finish.
