This Friday will be my 24th birthday, and I have yet to be involved in any kind of real relationship with a woman. I've never had a girlfriend, and I've never had sex. Been trying to find a specific story series but I'm not having any luck. Does anyone here know the title to the following story?
A guy is just moving into his new house when his neighbour's daughter invites him to the BBQ they're having. The guy and the daughter wind up having a relationship. The guy is a businessman who can fly small planes, and in a later part of the series flies the daughter with him on a business trip.

I can remember the story fairly well, just can't seem to remember the title, or category for that matter. Tried a few searches, hasn't come back with it yet.
The story is about a guy who moves into a new house, and meets his neighbours daughter. His neighbours are having a BBQ that day, and she invites him over. He works from home.
