I deal with sexual dysfunction in my office on a regular basis. The first thing you need to do is find out the cause. Is it your prostate? Medication? Diabetes? I only now realized that I attract men in a position of power, such as Millitary, Police, Government Agency types. (The bad thing is that I don't go looking for men that fit in these categories, I can find out a month or two after meeting him that he does one of these things, apparently just my luck)
1. They all have other things more importnat than me and so I am always on the "back burner"
2. They all love the affection and attention I give them (quantity and quality)

Big Shy~~ You said you are taking 4 Metformin a day. Are those 500 or 1000...because there is no proof of Metformin working any better once you pass the 2500mg mark daily.

Big Shy, I treat Diabetes in my clinic on a daily basis and this is a very common complaint with women. The high sugar that is in alcohol increases the yeast production in the body. The yeast feed off the sugar and multiple several times over, leading to yeast infections not just in the vaginal area but in the mouth, and under the breasts as well.
You also need to have your numbers checked and make sure that your doseage is at a theraputic level. If they are too high then an increase in the Metformin (or other medication you take) needs to be made.
One of the best ways to prevent this is to not drink, however for many people this isnt a good option simply becuase they enjoy having a drink with friends on occasion. Therefore the best choice in that case is to limit your drinking. Wine and champagine are very high in the sugar categories and so only a small glass should be had at one time. Make sure to flush the body with water and also to eat heathy foods that will not cause your sugar to spike along with the alcohol.

I have a tendency to be a little too honest about what I look like and what I am. I don't see any point in lying to someone (wheter I hope to meet them or not) and tell them I am a size 2 and look like Kate Beckinsale, when its not the truth. Any woman who would not only lie to you like that but then to turn the tables on you as well and state that you are the one lying, doesn't belong in your life.
I would say she has some issues of her own and she might have been upset to see that you actually matched the pics and she knew she didn't therefore its easy to blame someone else than to take the responsiblity to say "those pics of me were a few years old and I know I look different now I hope you weren't disappointed and that we can continue to talk." Thats one of the classier responses but people today are more interested in being "right" than doing whats right.
I wouldn't loose any sleep over this little girl parading herself as a woman. A real woman wouldn't have acted in such a juvinile manner.

I haven't dated much but men like the ones in the article are a HUGE turn off and the main reason I don't date. They all seem so nice and loving and affectionate, they are "perfect" then the tables turn and they are the biggest jackasses in the room. And to top it off they make it out to be the woman's fault. (Obviously any relationship is a 2 person thing and so both parties are accountable for thier actions and reactions). At least with the "bad boy" you know exactly what you are getting. And when he dumps you or cheats on you, even though it hurts you kinda expected it from the start cause hey hes a "bad boy". What happened to being a real man? Are there any left? Because to be honest most of the men I have met here (I have not met many so please don not take this as a bash against all the men here) fall into the "nice guy" article.

I'm 5'10 1/2 so wearing heels around most men isn't really an option. There is never such a thing as a man being "too tall" I prefer my man to be 6'3 and above but I am not so picky that I wouldn't choose someone a little shorter. I am definatly old school though cause I don't feel comfrotable dating someone shorter than myself. I want to feel feminene around my man.
