"sweetmalinda the peasants call her the goddess of gloom, she speaks good english and invites you into her room, youre so kind and gentle not to go to her too soon, she steals your voice and leaves you howling at the moon."

Interests
I love writing I just haven't gotten over the hump of getting a story submitted yet. I will keep trying. I play guitar and am quite proficient at music. I sing well and can play multiple instruments. My favourite genre is classic rock, bob dylan, george harrison etc ... the more uh cerebral type of music. Music that makes you think.

Favorite Books
It is difficult to enumerate my favourite books since I read them so fast I don't remember the author so much. I like a good mystery and the intricate cop thriller type of book. This is mostly escapist type of reading. I have read John Milton, Bunyan, C. S. Lewis, Dante and Augustine's City of God. I appreciated Milton and Bunyan and Lewis, I did not appreciate Dante and Augustine. The main reason would be an intellectual bias that I felt those three brought to their writings as opposed to regurgitated Catholic Dogma from the other two.

Favorite Authors
I can't think of any popular author's name. I just read to read. Currently I am reading, Angels and Demons, by the author that wrote the Da Vinci code. It is still up in the air, so to speak, as to whether or not I will finish it. At this point I would say I probably won't. I am also currently reading a book about a gal that kills a guy and falls in with a bad cop who buried the body away and married her. She is setting up her alternate identity currently in the book and I'm again not sure if I will even bother to finish reading it since I already have lost interest in it.

Favorite Movies
One of my absolute favourite movies is "Heroes," starring Dustin Hoffman, Geena Davis and Andy Garcia. I love the ironic premise and the ''anti'' hero character played by Dustin Hoffman.
There are many others. For a movie to be appreciated by me it must have irony. I love irony. lol

Favorite Music
Dylan, Petty, Harrison, Neil Young, Johnny Cash, Willie, I love the sound of a good acoustic guitar player. I also like Beethoven very much. I am quite fascinated by the fact that Beethoven was able to write such dynamic music and yet was as deaf as a post.
