nicola Matriarch 15 Oct 2017 Showing my age, it's between "M", "The Forrest", by The Cure, and (pretty much all of his album) Hunky Dory (David Bowie) - I seriously can't decide:
WellMadeMale Constant Gardener 17 Oct 2017 I never knew that this - was what the song was about. Now I can see why. lol I just liked the catchy tune and the imaginative video on MTV in 1982. The same GQP demanding we move on from January 6th, 2021 is still doing audits of the November 3rd, 2020 election.
Dancing_Doll Alpha Blonde 23 Oct 2017 Sia's Chandelier. It resonates because for quite some time, I lived the lyrics.
Guest Lurker 23 Oct 2017 I know thousands of songs. I'd have to think about that a bit. I love Chandelier. Sadly, the video attracts creepos IMO.
Guest Lurker 1 Nov 2017 Wow... I must be getting old. I remember when "singles" were a thing. For an all time favorite, I would go with "Jeremy" by Pearl Jam. It was my go-to on karaoke before I learned to play guitar. Now my go-to is "Every Me, Every You" by Placebo.
Guest Lurker 1 Nov 2017 Now my go-to is "Every Me, Every You" by Placebo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMaycNcPsHI It always gets the going during live show. Its a very easy song to emulate on guitar and vocally. Even thought the lead singer had to have a threesome with my girlfriend and me as a Stabbing Westward Concert in the Mid 90s. How I think I'm just getting old. I tend to hate all new music. If I don't hear a catchy guitar riff...I'm out. Let's just go back to the 90's... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jj8FIUGLgDM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> That's how I was singing in the 90s when I wasn't I was trying to be Creed or Stone Temple Pilots.
