I read erotica - not kid's books - so I don't think I care. LOL
If it is true I will jump for joy until I have it in my hands.
I sure hope so.

But I'm guessing all the action would involve the main characters' kids and not the main characters themselves since they're all grown up and married and such. If she wanted, she could do an entire separate series just based on their kids...like a next generation sort of thing.

I don't know how I feel about this

I enjoyed harry potter but I think as time went on the books..well...just tapered off

but I have read so many series of books

and I think three is the magic number

seems after the third they lose steam

but I so get why we want more

it was a wonderful series and we never ever want our beloved characters ever to go away

so for all of you I do hope JK keeps writing
I note that the article is from April and a couple things have changed vis a vis Jo Rowling since then:

- She was unmasked as the writer of The Cuckoo's Calling, originally published under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.

- Warner has announced that she will be doing the screenplay for a film version of the Potter charity spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (which I loved almost more than what I've read of the novels).

So, I'm not sure when a new Potter novel is likely to happen at this point. The news page on her own website mentions no new work beyond the screenplay.

I read the first book, and watched the first movie. I haven't read the rest of the books, or seen any of the other movies either. You do the math.
