Happy Death Day 2U
Definitely a "B" movie but enjoyed it
Inherent Vice.
Stellar cast but I kept saying, “WTF?”
The best review I found said the incoherent movie tried to be quirky-funny, but wasn’t.
IV had its moments. But damn, the trailer was better. Disappointed because the movie could have be phenomenal.
John Wick
John Wick: Chapter 2
Kissing your lips while straddling your lap.
The Parent Trap (Lohan version) - better than expected, although I’d never seen it or had expectations. Reason for watching: consensus building exercise at girl’s slumber party. Have you ever tried to get ten little girls to agree on anything?
Being John Malkovich - messed up and a exercise in commitment.
Free Solo - Holy Fuck! Amazing story. It was two plus hours of being in both awe and feeling excessively nervous for someone I didn’t know. Just incredible, especially if you’ve done some rock climbing on a climbing wall (my personal limit)
The Accountant (yep, 3 years behind schedule). Had avoided the super-hyped local boy Ben Affleck until now, but he did a good job.
1) Spider-man: Into the Spider-Verse - which is how all Spider-man movies should be. Forget the live action shite, this is where it's at!
2) Fishermen's Friends - A fab tale based on a real-life Cornish sea-shanty band, and their discovery by a London music exec.
3) Alita: Battle Angel - Bringing the Manga character to the big screen was always going to be a challenge, but Rodriguez did it with style. Kick ass.

Isn't It Romantic. It was funny, and good at taking down old rom-com tropes.
Harsh Times.
I rewatch films often.
