in early September 2019, Haig was hospitalized after falling at his home in Los Angeles. While recovering, he suffered from a lung infection after vomiting in his sleep. He died on September 21, 2019, from complications of the infection at the age of 80.

He was in several of Jack Hills exploitation movies with the amazing Pam Grier
and he rocked those roles as well.

He also was briefly in Diamonds are Forever, and Kill Bill 2
and was Tarantino's first choice for Marsellus Wallace ( Pulp Fiction )
The guy was simply amazing and loveable no matter what role he was in, Be it a Chicken selling Clown who murders the shit out of people, Or a Bandit or Henchman.
He will be missed.
