It's written by John le Carre, who wrote all of the Smiley's People books, and like so many of his books, was done for the BBC. It was broadcast here in the UK a couple of months ago on the BBC.
It's rather good, isn't it? There are lots of people who want Tom Hiddlestone to play Bond next.
I am binge watching it right now. I have 3 more episodes to go. All I have to say is "WOW."
I can hardly imagine what is going to happen.
This show is so exciting and nail biting. I would say it may be one of the best mini-series I've ever seen.
I'll finish it up tomorrow.

My wife and I enjoyed it very much. We mostly binge watched it one weekend.
I just finished the series......
WOW....
Is about all I can say. This was a very slick and edgy series.
If you have not seen......I would put it on your list. You won't be disappointed.

I'm still thinking about it. That's how you know it's good. The ending is just AMAZING.
One of the best mini-series in my opinion. I love the lady CIA agent. I saw her in another series that I really enjoyed too.
Really great stuff.

Did you mean the pregnant British Security lady? She was pregnant for ages lol.
I did watch it and was implying she was pregnant at the start and everything that happen could not have possibly happened in 9 months! I will say no more or I will be accused of being a spoiler!!
Olivia Coleman was wonderful. I probably saw her in other things but remember her first in "Broadchurch". She gave a stunning performance in that. The US version of it had the same male lead actor but was nowhere near as well done as the UK production, largely because she was not in it. She really was pregnant during the production of "Night Manager".
