Loved the The bridge. After doing a google search I think I am going to have to check out Albert Fish. There is a great H.H. Holmes documentary out there on the web somewhere.

Not much of a doc fan but liked Mustang: The Hidden Kingdom and its ethereal Lyle Mays soundtrack.
Cool thread!

I also very much enjoyed those two Ken Burns films!
1. Religulous
2. Anything and everything by Ken Burns
3. ESPN 30 for 30 (pretty much all of them)
4. Wild Wild Country (Just came out...available on Netflix check it out.)
5. Planet Earth ( I kind of wish I was a pot smoker when I watch these because it seems like they would be so much better)

There is a great book about him (and the Chicago World's Fair) called Devil in the White City. I'd love to see a good doc about him.

And an addition to my five: the original Carl Sagan Cosmos.
Carl Sagan's Cosmos
Ken Burns National Parks
Ken Burns Civil War
Michael Moore's Sicko
Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story
1. 13th
2. Chef’s Table (series)
3. March of the Penguins

There are quite a few docs about him. None are all that great in my opinion though.

There is also a movie in the works directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio. I've already been waiting for about three years for it...
Wild Wild Country is a 5 part documentary that recently came out on Netflix.

It's a bit long, but it is crafted in a way that you yourself goes on a character arc as if you were a character in the tale. You start off thinking one thing and by the end, your opinion is completely changed.

It's the story of a massive cult that took over a town in Oregon. It's quite fascinating. It's a very made doc (produced by the Duplass Brothers.)

It's long, but the story is so engaging that you don't really notice it. Watch it... it will drag you in.
I just finished “Evil Genius” on Netflix. If you like true crime stuff I recommend it.
