I can see a lot of categories but they don't really cover the D/s dynamic in the story...what is the best way to find if it's BDSM & F/m or M/f within the category

I'd probably start by searching for a keyword:

https://www.lushstories.com/search-results.aspx?query=femdom

If authors have tagged their story with this, then it will appear in the search results. You can then click on the 'Advanced search' tab and tick only the story categories you wish to search in.
