A good title (or a line of dialogue) can be the spark that sets me off and running.
Sometimes a good title is a commonplace phrase that takes on a new meaning in the context of the story.
Many old-time songwriters would take a simple phrase and have it mean one thing at the beginning and another at the end.
A good example is "Mean To Me." During most of the song, the singer laments that 'you' are 'mean to me.' At the end, the singer wants 'you to know how much you 'mean to me.' It's a cute song.
