[I don't think it's a naive or impossible dream; at one time the UK was divided into lots of small tribal areas (not just Ireland, Scotland etc) however it became more practical to unite so they did. I feel that the same thing will eventually occur world wide as we realise the childish logic and waste in wars. Despite the current problems the EU is a step in that direction and if my memory serves me right noone has had a war within the EU to date maybe a few tantrums. For example we in the UK didn't attack France over the various agricultural disagreements we've had. smile
