I honestly have studied such things to teach sex education but I now wish all the men here would read this thread. I don't mean about the groping as many of us aren't that low to do that. But the problems associated just living comfortably with large breasts. I knew some of them....but this thread LEARNED ME!
I knew there were anatom8ical complications but I had no idea.
I also have big boobs and never had back aches but can find it uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach sometimes. I can't and won't go out in public without a bra on. I also agree with someone else in here that men talk to the boobs instead of the face when your blessed with big boobs.
Fortunately mine seem to be perfect for me - and my lovers. I really enjoy having them included in our sex play.

I love the fact that I have an admirable size set of boobs (I'm a 36d), but they also have their drawbacks too. When I do most anything of a physical nature, like jogging, or going on long walks, working outside in the garden, etc., I tend to wear a sports bra when I do that sort of thing. Also, have you tried to simply trim your toenails and have a veritable mountain blocking your view? That's sometimes how it feels at times when I trim mine. Having big boobs is both a blessing and a curse. Sleeping on my stomach or being face down on the bed while enjoying a nice doggy style session can oftentimes be a bit of an issue as well. But, all in all, I'm glad that I have larger, rather than smaller tits.
