I do play to certain stories when my man isn't around. If I like it enough, I even read them to him, and show him how I play. As far as quality: I want a well-written story. If I'm inclined to touch myself it's not to "He shoved his cock in and fucked her hard." I want to be shown versus told.
Spelling, grammar, and correct punctuation lift rather than the moment, because sadly, when I read I can't shut my inner-editor off. A virtually error-free story will go far, for me.

It depends on the week, lately "reluctance" gets me going (as long as it doesn't evolve any role playing)
Of course. Sometimes they don't get me all the way there, but a good story with characters that I understand and enjoy definitely gets me going.
