My girl is thinking about a boob job. She is currently a 34B, which look great on her body, but is thinking of going up to a C or maybe even a D. My question is do you judge or look differently at a woman who got a boob job?

No I don't judge if you have a problem, fix it.
Not At All!!! If a woman wants to get implants, for whatever reason, its her choice.
The only way I would be against it is if she really didnt want to but let someone coerce her into doing it.
Of course not! I love all sizes of boobs but if a woman is lacking self-confidence or for whatever reason, it's certainly her decision. I think the only time someone should intervene is if family or friends think these types of surgeries are becoming habitual and unhealthy.
I never judge her, just the boobs. I have pointed out to hubby
"look at those, they look like round balls under her shirt."
"or those are just too big for as small as she is."
Makes me wonder how many stay happy with their choice?

I admire the quality work of a fine surgeon. I sometimes admire it up close and in my face.
I sometimes admire that work with kisses and nipple sucking.
there can be a lot of reason why someone gets implants. wish mine were bigger myself but would never have them. but have had gf's that were DD or bigger but also A cup. Its alot more about the attitude than the size of her tits
