Not really on purpose it has happen a few times accidentally wearing a short skirt and a breeze blows it up or sitting down it'll hike up some and they get a quick shot. sometimes it's uncontrollable when you wear a dress or skirt that is so short it's bound to happen sooner or later.

Well I don't usually do it on purpose, but I'm quite short so when it's warm I love to wear short skirts and heels to make me look taller.
