You're supposed to, or so I have read.

Ladies should go number two and take an enema before anal sex. The cleaner her back door is, the less messy and safer (from urethra infection from fecal particles) the anal sex is.

Well primal... I do not like to plan my sexlife.
If I get aroused and am about to have sex I do not ask my partner if he can wait an hour cause I want to make sure my anal is clean enough to not hold any bacteria...
Now... if I would find it arousing to have one done... it might be another story...

Cat, I have never tried anal, I was just regurgitating(sp?) what I have read about the subject and a lot of places do suggest you plan ahead for anal sex, but that of course doesn't mean you need or have to.

depends on how my stools have been. I'm not a regular anal fiend, but sometimes I really crave it. On those days, i try to prepare myself. Use a toy to loosen up and if it doesn't come back clean, then i use an enema. I know that's not sexy, but hey, it's reality.
