Often, particularly when I'm stressed
Oh yes...The best sleep I ever have comes after I take care of business..
When the need arises which is almost every night
Yes, and after I cum I fall asleep not more than 5 minutes later

I have to do this almost every night, or get someone else to help me if I can, but often people are busy. I can't stop sometimes, either!

As a teenager, it was physically impossible for me, to fall asleep without it!...
I do most nights, but often when I wake up in the middle of the night I find it necessary to help me get back to sleep... oh, and I enjoy beginning the day that way, too

If I have my bed to myself I have, sometimes it's the best way to have pleasant dreams
I must agree: it IS better than any sleeping pill.
Especially after a long, stressful day and my brain just won't shut up. I'll read/watch something to get me aroused and then wind up in bed, "taking care of business" before curling onto my side to drift off. It always makes me wake up in a better mood, too!
