It varies, on warm nights I wear my bra and underwear or sometimes just the underwear since bra's dig in. I usually wear a short silk nightie but then if it's a cold night, I wear my "bedroom babe" pjs which consist of a tank top and trousers.

I used to always sleep in the raw, but have an irrational fear (at least I hope it's irrational) of something happening in the night where it would just be better to be clothed - fire, break-in, etc. I usually wear a mid thigh flannel night shirt. With pockets. If I have to go charging out into the night, I want a place to safely stash my glasses, car keys, flashlight, firearm and spare ammo, whatever. Rarely do I wear panties.
