I have been enjoying sex in every way shape and form for many years and still crave it either with male or females.

I can't say that I've ever been fascinated by it, but it is a point I've raised with previous boyfriends.
It seems that the male scrotum changes consistency to control the temperature of the testicles. When the balls become too cold, the scrotum thickens and retracts, pulling the testicles closer to the body thus warming them and raising the temperature ever so slightly.
When the balls become too warm, the scrotum loosens and sags, dropping the testicles further away from the body thus dropping the temperature ever so slightly.
You could test this theory by applying an ice pack to his scrotum for a couple of minutes, then giving it a warm blast from a hairdryer. Alternate between the two and watch it change consistency.
When they're loose and pendulous, I'll try to tease them so they shrink up close because they look better that way. Saggy balls bug me! lol
First of all, I only give balls the time of day, if they are shaved.
