Yes, there's a surefire way to get a happy ending- you pay for it.
All that is assuming that you're employing the right kind of 'masseuse', of course. What worries me is that unless this is somebody you're dating or have some kind of relationship with outside of her massaging you, that you might be barking up the wrong tree.

I have a friend who is a massage therapist, call her a masseuse and she'll tell you right away that a masseuse provides sexual favours, which she does not do. If you are dealing with the non-sexual kind, which it sounds like you are, they take their jobs very seriously, and would try to make sure you are comfortable with the situation. Not everyone is comfortable being undressed in front of strangers. You said she would get a red face if you wore only a wash cloth. Probably not without a date or something to distance herself for professionalism. The last thing she wants is to have her professionalism called in to question, either by you telling others about it, or by being caught in the act.
