It all depends on the guy and how I'm relating to him. There really is no rule. I've given handjobs to guys before our first "date" - how he acts and speaks to me during the process tells me a lot about his character. And if I start going with a guy with whom nothing has happened, I set a lot of stock in how he treats me during the "date". If I feel pressure or that he expects something, chances are good he'll get nothing but a kiss and maybe a feel. If I feel really comfortable and can easily see myself sitting next to him and holding and stroking him, then chances are good that's what will happen.
