I find the complete opposite to be the case for me. I do not care how pleased a person is. I ask things out of wanting to know... curious, always have (female here asking male).
For me it is obvious if I enjoyed. They do not HAVE to ask~ and don't. I get, "Glad my Baby enjoyed." Certainly we do talk about things, communicate, and 'pillow talk.'
