Hey ladies, I have a quick question. My girlfriends genitalia always has a weird smell and is always dark around the lips like they're dirty. Is this a normal issue or is she not cleaning up thoroughly?

The dark colour is probably just the way she is but as for the smell, it might be the way she is or could be a hygiene thing.

Try and catch her after a shower, or suggest a sexy shower together and then see if there's any difference. If not doctors can sometimes do something about it

It could be physiology and a situation from her diet and health habits.

Many girls have darker skin tone over the pussy lips/vulva area, especially if they have an olive-to-dark complexion naturally. It's the same for guys - their scrotums and or penises are usually a different colour

As for scent - well, like DD says it could be a bacterial thing, it could also be dietary - drinking more water and improving diet are sure to help... Perhaps you could suggest a healthy eating regime for the new year? Something you would both benefit from (perhaps she thinks the same of you? who knows?)

I agree with everything said by the lovely ladies above!! The color really has nothing to do with it. But some women just have an odor down there but if it is really funky and she has good hygiene, I think visiting the doctor is the way to go.
