In my younger days I was always down for an FFM as long as I was the third wheel, which significantly reduced the risk of post-activity fallout, other than the potential shrapnel of being "the whore" if the guy dumped the girl afterwards, which fortunately never happened. These days, I'll do an FFM with my g/f, but I don't think I would go back to being a third with another couple.
