Nothing. I'm assuming you mean to bed for sleeping....but if you mean to bed for sex the answer is still nothing.
Re going to sleep nothing beats, for me, that close physical contact, skin on skin, his body radiating warmth that my body simply never has (I have to sleep with a hot water bottle all year round in order not to freeze overnight).
I HATE it when guys wear boxers and/or a t shirt/vest. Urgh. Something on top takes away from feeling his chest against your back....and boxers (or other underwear) takes away from being able to feel his skin as you back up into him.....it also means I can't absentmindedly play or touch him easily at any point during the night.
Edit: I just thought I'd add....I have been with guys that were very insistent that they liked/felt they had to wear boxers/a vest/t shirt to bed....I learnt to set up the rule of 'for every item of clothing you wear to bed, I'll go put one on', most of them opted to sleep naked after that.
