If you have been in a MFM threesome, the first time (if there was more than one), whose idea was it?

I say it just happened, but, we had talked about it for a year, in our fantasy roleplay. He was the first one to bring it up, during sex one night, and became part of the hot talk. When the opportunity finally did present itself, we hadn't planned it, and did not expect it to happen, it just did after we challenged one another. It was different though, because it was actually with two other guys instead of one, that first time.
