As someone who loves all sorts of music, I cringe when I hear that clichéd baritone sax thing during a "sex scene".
Seriously though, I'm guessing that there's no one answer, maybe depending on the mood, or the setting, or other factors?
I know, for instance, that my partner, Sarah can't get enough of these two examples, when she's in the mood for some romance: and yeah, okay, there is a saxaphone but, come on, Candy Dulfer; such a classy lady and a great saxophonist.
I wish I could remember what was on it, but there was one time I was with an escort (yes, I used to do that) and her playlist was just so different from what other escorts I had been with used, it really kicked the experience up a notch. And she was pretty fun to start with.
Generally, I would tend to go for smooth jazz or maybe even just classical piano for a love making soundtrack today. Basically something that's going to stay in the background and out of the way. Dulfer would fit, probably.
