I haven't gotten it done, but I have seen it being done. They ice your nipples to harden it then they pierce it and put the ring in. Pretty basic... And depending on your threshold of pain is how much it would hurt.

I have both of mine done, a year apart. The first one was numbed with alcohol (vodka taken internally!) the second was done without anything applied. It is a VERY quick procedure, the clamp hurt the most.

I have mine done! The guy that pierced them was so fuckin hot. I kept making sexual jokes because I was so nervous.
